Ilias Sarros
As Senior Development Manager for Kadans Science Partner Germany GmbH, Ilias is mainly responsible for the upcoming projects within the Frankfurt / Rhine-Main-Neckar region. Furthermore, he is involved in the corresponding development processes.
Ilias holds a diploma in Architecture and has more than 19 years of experience in the real estate sector. He possesses extensive knowledge in construction project management as well as project development. Before joining Kadans, he has worked in leading positions for several development companies such as GEG German Estate Group, DIC Asset AG, and Gustav Zech Stiftung Management GmbH.

Alexander Riabzev
Alexander is Senior Project Manager at Kadans Science Partner Germany GmbH. He is mainly responsible for the completion of the project At the Park in Aachen.
He has been working in the construction business for more than 15 years. His strengths are mainly in design, site supervision and project construction. Alexander graduated with a diploma in civil engineering and a master’s degree in real estate and construction project management at University of Wuppertal.
Before joining Kadans, Alexander has worked for large companies like Obermeyer, Tilke GmbH and PSP Architekten Ingenieure, partially on international projects in Mexico, China, and Russia.

Alexandra Lichtenwald
As Junior Real Estate Employee for Kadans Science Partner Germany GmbH, Alexandra is supporting in various fields e.g. research, acquisition, and recruitment. This includes creating presentations, office organization, and personnel planning. Moreover, she is increasingly involved in the elaboration of the ecosystem.

Frederike Krinke Häusler
As Real Estate Analyst for Kadans Science Partner Germany GmbH, Frederike is responsible for market research and evaluation as well as real estate scouting, including due diligence support for transactions.
She has nearly 20 years of experience in real estate businesses and several research topics. During her time in consulting, she dealt with questions on location development and regional innovative systems. Therefore, she is familiar with the German start-up environment as well as the demand of research and science related companies. Frederike holds a diploma in Geography and a degree in Real Estate Sciences from IREBS. Before joining Kadans, she worked for well-known companies like Q-Park and Prognos AG.

Jochen Schmitges
Jochen is Senior Development Manager at Kadans Science Partner Germany GmbH. He is responsible for the development of new real estate projects that incorporate the specific wishes and requirements of the knowledge-intensive target group, including the specific Kadans features.
He has gained a lot of experience in this field for more than 25 years. For more than 14 years, together with his father, he was responsible for his own office for architecture and urban planning in a partnership. He can look back on numerous prizes and awards in the field of construction. Jochen graduated with a diploma in architecture from the Technical University of Darmstadt. In the past, he has been involved in many large projects and has worked for well-known companies such as HSBC Trinkaus & Burkhardt AG, where he was employed as project director.

Sabine Brönner
Sabine is team assistant of Kadans Science Partner Germany GmbH. She is responsible for the general office organization as well as for the preparation of presentations, real estate related research, support of the accounting department and much more.
Before joining Kadans, she had already gained a lot of experience as an assistant in various industries and has now found her new challenge in the real estate industry.

Markus Scheja
Markus Scheja joined Kadans Science Partner as Managing Director of Germany.
He has spent the seven years before joining Kadans as Vice President & Head of Property Management Germany & Europe at different companies. He has 20+ years of experience in construction, project management, property management, procurement, and development. Markus lays emphasis on a thoroughly authentic and motivating leadership style.
With his experience, Markus has gained valuable insight and knowledge, enabling him to help Kadans to further strengthen the overall effectiveness of the German market.
