She brings many years of experience in property management, the last years at MVGM Property Management Deutschland. Plus Ultra Mainz offers biotechnology and life sciences organisations the opportunity to grow in the immediate vicinity of Johannes Gutenberg-University. The multi-tenant building will offer laboratory and office space for rent for start-ups, scale-ups and established companies. Plus Ultra Mainz will be an inspiring and lively meeting place characterised by high-quality service, extensive facilities and valuable support. State-of-the-art lab and office space

Plus Ultra Mainz will consist of over 19,000 m² GLA, with space for laboratories and offices. The building will encourage meetings. As the building’s hub, Plus Ultra Mainz’s atrium provides access to meeting facilities and a place to meet and eat. Thus, the atrium provides space for lunch, flexi-working, meeting and celebrating successes.

The corridor around the atrium is fixed, but otherwise, the floors can be arranged freely. On each floor, both offices and laboratories can be arranged. Kadans Science Partner likes to think along with its clients when it comes to furnishing their office spaces. That is why we offer workshops to guide clients towards an optimal floor layout and include all disciplines (office and labs) in a tailor-made design.

Plus Ultra Mainz is located on the Life Science Campus Mainz, near the Johannes Gutenberg-University and will provide space for students, researchers and entrepreneurs. As a tenant, you have access to the local ecosystem of Life Sciences Hub Mainz.

Kadans is committed to being an active community. We do this by offering network and business events. The aim is to connect tenants as well as local ecosystems. We also seek international collaboration by offering cross-sector events.

As a tenant, you also become part of the Kadans Community. This international community consists of several Science Clusters and organisations across Europe. If desired, we will put you in touch with interesting partners from our network to help your own organisation flourish and grow.
